When I joined Cardinal, I observed that each of the 100 employees had a different email signature, with varying font styles, images, and designs. It was apparent that there was a lack of consistency in the branding efforts. To address this, I introduced the concept of standardizing the email signature, which proved to be a valuable initiative. By creating a consistent design, we were able to reduce the number of configurations from 300 to a handful of runner-ups, all of which conveyed the brand image and messaging effectively. Although seemingly small, this initiative played a significant role in tying all branding efforts together and achieving a cohesive and professional look.
