In addition to redesigning Cardinal Credit Union’s website, I also created detailed documentation to help my Marketing Manager and Director carry out daily tasks on the site. This was important because not everyone on the team was as technically proficient as I am, and I wanted to ensure that the site would continue to run smoothly even if I was out of the office. The documentation covered everything from updating content on the site to swapping out main page banners and running reports. By providing clear, step-by-step instructions, I was able to empower my colleagues to take ownership of the site and keep it up-to-date with the latest information. This not only saved time and resources for the company, but also ensured that the site remained functional and user-friendly for our members.
