After creating a Mortgage Checklist for the Head of Mortgage at Cardinal Credit Union, he came to me with an additional request: to create educational pieces to accompany the checklist and make the mortgage process easier for members. He provided me with five existing infographics from other banks and asked if I could create similar pieces that were better. I accepted the challenge and set to work improving upon the existing designs. By using my skills in graphic design and data visualization, I was able to create new infographics that were not only visually appealing, but also informative and easy to understand. The final products exceeded the Head of Mortgage’s expectations and were well received by members.
