As part of my work with Cardinal Credit Union, I was responsible for organizing and executing a series of Halloween contests for both our employees and members at each branch. To make these events extra special, I took a departure from the typical Cardinal “style” and branding to create a more fun and festive atmosphere. From costume contests to balloons-in-a-jar guessing competitions, these events were a hit and helped to build a sense of community within the organization. By focusing on creating engaging experiences for both employees and members, I was able to bring a new level of excitement to the workplace while still upholding the values and mission of Cardinal.
